Meet Amy Orozco

Amy is an expert in Learning and Development, and your next L&D Leader. She approaches L&D projects with a flexible AGILE mindset and runs her teams with the perfect blend of autonomy and collaboration. With her unique ability to blend creativity with learning objectives she makes educational programs both fun and effective. Amy holds a MS Organizational Leadership in Training & Instructional Design, a BA in Art History, and a BFA in sculpture which she uses to bring artistic design and imaginative thinking to various scholarly learning methodologies. She is also a highly efficient program manager and trained in AGILE and waterfall approaches, and holds an active PMP certificate.

Amy approaches work and life with a balance of light heartedness and strategic execution. She is a firm believer that you are never too old, nor too young, to learn something new.
